Shooting errors and their causes
Novice shooters often have problems hitting the target. The holes are not stacked, scattered all over the target, or bullets generally fly past. A miss in shooting can be associated with various factors.

Waiting for the shot: how not to make a mistake
The most common causes of misses:
- Incorrect trigger release. The most common miscalculation is twitching, whereas you need to press smoothly. Bullets, as a rule, "go away" towards the lower left corner of the target.
- Not finishing the shot. At the same time, single bullets hit the bull's-eye, the rest scatter around.
- Aiming error. The target is not struck in the center, but at the top, bottom and sides, depending on the deviation of the front sight from the cut of the rear sight.
- Incorrect fixation of the weapon. When the grip of the pistol is loosely covered, the trajectory of the shot usually deviates upwards. Pressing the palm of your hand on the right side of the handle causes the bullets to leave to the left.
- Reaction to the shot. Constant hitting into the corners of the target is characteristic of the expectation of recoil.
- An uncomfortable stand. Tense muscles of the body pull the arm with the weapon towards the perceived discomfort. Knowing the reasons for the deviation of the trajectory of bullets helps to identify what the misses are related to and eliminate them with the help of training.
